Avery Nowosielski is an Associate on FitzGerald’s Interior Design team, supporting projects from early concept and design development through documentation and installation. Her experience spans multifamily, student living, hospitality, residential, and renovation projects, with a particular focus on developing interior concepts, material palettes, and FF&E selections.

Prior to joining FitzGerald, Avery worked on projects ranging from boutique interiors to large-scale multifamily and hospitality environments. Her experience includes developing amenity spaces and design narratives, managing FF&E packages and budgets, and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and operators throughout the design process. She has also been involved in procurement, submittal review, value engineering, and on-site coordination, giving her experience carrying design intent through the later stages of a project.

At FitzGerald, Avery contributes to interior design projects through concept development, material and finish selection, FF&E, visualization, and project coordination. Her work combines creative development with an understanding of the practical considerations that shape interiors from initial ideas through installation.

Outside of work, Avery is an avid movie-goer who enjoys planning themed nights with friends, spending time with her two dogs, and finding new reasons to make stickers with her Cricut.
