Lisa Ross is FitzGerald’s Accounting Manager, supporting the firm’s financial operations, accounting processes, and day-to-day business administration. Her background includes extensive experience managing accounting, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and HR administration within architecture and professional services environments.

Prior to joining FitzGerald, Lisa served in accounting and operational leadership roles for architecture firms and privately owned businesses throughout the Chicago area. Having owned and operated several businesses over the course of her career, she brings a practical understanding of the day-to-day operational and financial needs of growing organizations.

At FitzGerald, Lisa supports the firm through financial management, operational coordination, and accounting oversight across the organization.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and working in the garden.
