Rakshanda Nagaraj

Rakshanda Nagaraj is an Associate Architect at FitzGerald supporting project teams across multifamily, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use developments. Her experience includes project coordination, design documentation, consultant collaboration, and preservation-focused work across multiple phases of design and construction.
Prior to joining FitzGerald, Rakshanda worked on adaptive reuse and multifamily residential projects, contributing to conceptual design, construction-phase documentation, zoning and permitting coordination, and interdisciplinary project management. Her background combines architecture, historic preservation, and urban planning, informing her experience working within complex urban and existing-building environments.
At FitzGerald, Rakshanda supports teams through drawing development, coordination, and project documentation across a range of project types.
Rakshanda earned a Master of Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo, where she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from UVCE Bangalore University.
