Belleview Station

Denver, Colorado

FitzGerald is providing architecture, interior design, and sustainability services for the first phase of Belleview Station, a 22-story, 324-unit Class A multifamily building with a highly-marketable amenity package spread across ground floor lobbies, elevated amenity decks, and rooftop levels. On-site structured parking will be wrapped by lower-rise dwelling units to provide a pedestrian-friendly streetscape and some variety to the high-rise product. Special attention was given to configuring the site to maximize views of the front range, and generous shared and private storage will support an adventurous lifestyle and the equipment that comes with it.

A second phase will add a comparable number of units in a second tower, more parking, retail space, and additional amenities for the community. Sustainability features across both phases include green roofs, triple-glazed windows and other high-performance envelope details, and Day 1 EV charging as well as additional readiness for future expansion.
