Elma Milanovic

Elma is an IIDA Professional, NCIDQ-certified Interior Designer with twenty years of experience in workplace, mixed use residential, retail, and senior living design. She has a strong focus on building repositioning, workplace design, and project team management, and she helps represent FitzGerald in pursuit of new opportunities, fosters a collaborative, high-performing team, and contributes to the firm's strategic planning and long-term initiatives.
Her portfolio includes workplaces and headquarters for national corporations such as PNC, Wells Fargo, and ISACA; studio spaces for top design and engineering firms; and facilities for USO Great Lakes and Jewish Child & Family Services.
Utilizing her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and CDT-certification, she fosters effective cross-collaboration between architecture and interior design teams—resulting in an elevated quality of design and coordination of building systems.
She excels at building strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners, and enjoys doing so while employing an integrated design approach. In addition, she is invested in creating a collaborative, innovative and inclusive environment—allowing all team members to grow and thrive.
