Warren LeMay is an Associate at FitzGerald, supporting project teams on multifamily renovation projects and workplace build-outs. His background includes extensive experience working with existing buildings, including historic preservation, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse projects, which has shaped a practical approach to renovation and documentation work.
Before joining FitzGerald, Warren worked on a wide range of projects, including multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, supportive housing, new-build commercial office buildings, and commercial interiors. His experience spans both renovation and new construction, with a strong emphasis on projects that required careful coordination within existing structures. He has contributed to several historic rehabilitation projects, including award-winning preservation work, as well as adaptive reuse projects involving residential, civic, and commercial buildings.
At FitzGerald, Warren focuses on construction documentation and coordination, supporting project teams through detailing, drawing development, and issue resolution. His work is informed by an interest in historic preservation and building research, balanced by a straightforward, problem-solving approach to project delivery.
In addition to his architectural degrees, Warren completed certificate programs at the University of Cincinnati in Urban Planning and Historic Preservation.
